Senior Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Handle tax filing, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or finance (Required).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / Financial software.
• Experience with budget management and audit processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.
• Certification: CPA / CMA preferred (Not mandatory).
