Senior Accountant

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, costing, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to finance manager
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Support tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience with multi-entity and international consolidations.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition.
• Experience in implementing or upgrading accounting systems.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing Technology environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
