Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role requires an individual who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of leading and mentoring junior accounting staff. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the company’s financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Monitor and implement financial controls to support company objectives.
• Provide leadership, support, and training to accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
