Senior Accountant

Tamimi Consulting, a highly respected management consulting and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive accounting, and bookkeeping services to ensure their financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Champion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Financial Expertise: Oversee all aspects of the client accounting lifecycle, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Strategic Guidance: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide clients with proactive insights to optimize their financial performance.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize accounting software and technology to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.
• Staying Sharp: Maintain ongoing professional development to stay abreast of evolving tax laws and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation (CMA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in management consulting and advisory firm, with a strong track record of managing client portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
