Senior Accountant

Job Opening: Experienced Accountant (Real Estate only) – 4+ Years

West Avenue Realty is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Mumbai. If you have strong experience in GST, TDS, and real estate accounting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance and TDS filing
• Maintain records in accounting software (Tally)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with finalization of accounts and audits
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements
• Support finance team in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting

Key Skills Required

• GST Compliance and Returns Filing
• TDS Management and Returns
• Real Estate Accounting Knowledge (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience in account finalization (a plus)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate
• Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
