Overview of Role
This role is for an Senior Accountant working directly with UK clients. You will prepare and finalise monthly management accounts, VAT returns and year-end accounts. You will support the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in managing client portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and high technical standards. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work quickly and confidently without losing detail.

Requirements

• Solid experience working with UK accounts and VAT.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and management accounts.
• Ability to prepare full monthly accounts packs including KPI analysis.
• Experience spotting variances, identifying issues and resolving them efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple UK clients each month and work to strict deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills in writing, speaking and listening.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum with ACCA/ICAP qualified or finalist preferred.
• Must work full-time from the office in Rawalpindi.
• Ability to work independently while keeping the CRM informed of issues.

• High-level understanding of KPIs and how they link to business performance.
• Ability to identify risks, unusual movements and errors quickly.
• Strong technical grounding in VAT, management accounts and reconciliations.
• Ability to work efficiently and avoid unnecessary time spent on simple tasks.
• Strong communication, organisation and client-handling skills.
• Software skills in Xero, QuickBooks and Excel are compulsory.
• Confident preparing commentary, variance notes and financial summaries.

Salary Package and Working Hours

• Working hours: 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
