Ecommerce Analyst (On-SIte, Night Shift)

Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
Night Shift, On-Site , 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented eCommerce Analyst with proven experience in managing Walmart and eBay stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end operations, optimizing product listings, improving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies. The candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with marketplace tools, and the ability to drive data-based performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize eBay and Walmart seller accounts, product listings, and store performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor account health, KPIs, seller ratings, and marketplace compliance.
• Perform listing creation, optimization, keyword research, and SEO improvements.
• Oversee order management, tracking, returns, and customer support coordination.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze sales reports, performance trends, and marketplace insights to improve profitability.
• Resolve marketplace issues, warnings, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with inventory, content, and design teams to maintain product accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing eBay and Walmart accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and policy compliance.
• Proficiency in keyword research tools and eCommerce analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with tools such as Helium10, DataSpark, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Seller Center, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
