Senior Accountant or Account Manager – Interior and Fit out

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, improving internal controls, and mentoring junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policies
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets as needed
• Mentor and review work of junior accounting staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• May require extended hours during month-end and year-end close
