Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance with Kuwait laws and company policies. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Kuwait and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Kuwait regulations
• Handle VAT, statutory requirements, and audit coordination
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
• Support management with financial analysis and reports
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Kuwait (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait financial laws and accounting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• candidate should be inside kuwait only
