Senior Accountant

Position Overview

AAW Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across its diversified business entities. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on accounting experience and strong command over financial records, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger postings
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
• Process payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations
• Handle tax-related matters including WHT, sales tax, and statutory filings
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit purposes
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals
• Support management with financial reports and analysis as required

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Working experience with Fast Accounting and Quick Book will be a big plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
