We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, inventory management, ERP systems, e-commerce portal reconciliation, payroll support, and taxation.

This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, including journals, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and bank balances
• Manage stock and inventory accounting, including periodic reconciliations
• Track stock inflow and outflow in coordination with operations and procurement teams
• Supervise ERP accounting entries and ensure system data integrity
• Handle reconciliation of online platforms such as Noon, Talabat, Careem, and other e-commerce portals
• Oversee payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory compliance and filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control reporting
• Provide financial insights, trend analysis, and performance reports to management
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred; home country experience considered)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, inventory management, and ERP systems
• Experience with e-commerce portal reconciliation (Noon, Talabat, Careem, etc.) is an advantage
• Educational Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Candidates with their own visa (Husband Visa / Sponsored Visa / Father’s Visa) will be preferred
• Immediate availability for interview and joining
