Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes
• Improve accounting systems, controls, and reporting procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
