Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant/Asst. Finance manager with solid experience in the construction or contracting industry to manage all financial aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee cost control, project accounting, cash flow management, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations as per UAE rules and regulations.

Key Requirements,

• 5+ years of experience in senior position preferably in Construction/contracting companies.
• Familiar with Accounting software ( Tally Prime, ERP etc.)
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor project-specific budgets, costing, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for financial planning and control.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment processing for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle bank dealings, facilities, and letter of credit/guarantee management.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other local regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants.

Qualifications,

• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, (Preferred)
