We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Administrator to join our team and oversee critical areas of finance, admin, HR, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, operational efficiency, and compliance knowledge to support the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Compliance

  • Manage VAT filing, annual third-party audit, and corporate tax filing.
  • Maintain strong bank relations, accounts, and leases.
  • Prepare and oversee Books, P&L statements, and Balance Sheets (monthly & annual).
  • Handle credit cards, petty cash, and commission payments.
  • Ensure accurate daily, monthly, and annual reporting.

Administration & Assets

  • Manage IT maintenance & AMC contracts.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, insurance, and chiller van registration.
  • Handle Etisalat, Du, SEWA, DEWA, and Ista accounts.
  • Coordinate business insurance and tenancy contracts (Ejaari).
  • Build and maintain supplier relations, including fixed pricing and credit applications.
  • Monitor and manage food cost effectively.
  • Manage visas, trade license renewals, and staff HR documentation.
  • Oversee annual leaves, visa renewals, gratuity, and salary processing.
  • Handle passport release management and supplier documentation.

Governance & External Relations

  • Maintain strong relations with Head Office.
  • Ensure compliance with Baldiya inspections and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,800.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
