Chief Accountant- Real Estate

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join a leading Property Development & Real Estate firm. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and cash flow management within the real estate or property development industry.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: AED 7,500 – 10,000

Key Requirements:

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in the real estate or property development sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT & corporate taxation.
• Proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi required.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
