Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Salt Lake, Sector-V, Kolkata
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (CA Inter) to join our team at Salt Lake, Sector-V. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Bookkeeping and Direct Taxation, along with the ability to manage accounts independently and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Direct Taxation, including TDS, Income Tax, and advance tax.
• Support in audits, assessments, and statutory filings.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Inter is a must.
• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping and Direct Taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
