Senior Accountant / Client Advisory Manager

We are a growing CPA firm that serves closely held professional practices such as med spas, dentists, plastic surgeons, and other medical practices. Our goal is to provide clients with clear financial information, proactive tax planning, and practical business insight, not just tax returns.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Client Advisory Manager who enjoys diagnosing financial issues, reviewing accounting work, and helping clients understand their numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Review client accounting files after junior staff complete bookkeeping work
  • Identify issues in financial statements and determine how to correct them
  • Train junior staff on corrections so issues do not repeat
  • Communicate with clients to resolve open items and questions

  • Review business and individual tax returns when needed
  • Think through tax planning items such as estimated tax payments and changes in profitability
