Senior Accountant (Construction Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, project accounting experience, and the ability to manage financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle construction project accounting and cost control
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Manage VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reporting
• Payroll and expense monitoring
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5+ years experience as Accountant (Construction industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
• Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
