As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance function and support strategic business growth.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in technology, software, or SaaS businesses, and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, and cash flow.
• Coordinate payroll processing and related accounting entries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support tax compliance, including withholding tax, sales tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Support financial modeling, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a technology, software, SaaS, or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with subscription-based revenue models and SaaS financial metrics.
• Prior experience in a fast-growing technology company or startup environment.
• Experience working with international clients and multi-country operations is an advantage.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
