Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing, filing, and managing tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing support in tax planning. The role requires strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize liabilities.

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Review financial statements to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions.

Conduct reconciliations of tax accounts.

Monitor changes in tax regulations and update management accordingly.

Support internal and external audits related to taxation.

Provide advisory support on tax implications for business decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in taxation and accounting. Experience in is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
