Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee our company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for products and services.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality goods.
  • Approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, specifications, and delivery requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and manage supplier relationships.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and market research.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
