Handle the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and three-way matching with purchase orders and receipts.
Prepare payment runs (checks, bank transfers and wires) accurately and on time.
Reconcile vendor statements regularly, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain and update vendors master data with accuracy and completeness.
Support month-end closing activities by preparing accruals, journal entries, and AP reports.
