Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist in coordination between departments, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations when required.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
