Senior Administrative Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can lead administrative operations, improve internal processes, and support overall business efficiency.

As a Senior Administrative Manager, you will oversee daily administrative functions, manage office operations, support cross-department coordination, and ensure smooth business performance. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management
  • Manage administrative staff and support team productivity and performance
  • Develop and improve office procedures, workflows, and internal processes
  • Coordinate with different departments to support business operations
  • Handle vendor management, office supplies, facilities, and service contracts
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and administrative documentation for senior leadership
  • Monitor budgets related to office operations and administrative expenses
  • Support HR, finance, and executive management with operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, operations, customer service, or team support is preferred
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Good leadership and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO2,200.000 per month
