Senior Administrative Officer

We’re Hiring: Senior Administrative Officer | Full-Time

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Tresori Concept Store is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative and office management functions across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of admin experience; retail background preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store administrative operations and support the team with documentation and data entry.
  • Manage service provider contracts, schedules, and store maintenance requests.
  • Maintain staff schedules, organize training sessions, and assist with HR onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Input sales for small items into POS or internal systems and manage petty cash reconciliations.
  • Conduct daily store inspections, monitor conditions, and ensure professional client support.
  • Plan and coordinate health & safety training, inspections, fire drills, and maintain safety records.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, maintenance, and sanitation standards in all retail and café areas.
