Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Specialist! This role supports our Boston office, the hub for New England operations, combining high-level administrative and office management support to keep projects and people moving. Working closely with teams, manage the office environment, and handle day-to-day needs with flexibility and independence. It’s a great opportunity for a self-starter to gain broad experience, improve how things work, and make a real impact. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for it to become a full-time position in the future.
