Key Responsibilities
- Reporting: Prepare, compile, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, ensuring accuracy, detail, and timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft detailed reports and professional presentations for senior management.
- Tendering Coordination: Assist in tender preparation and submission processes, liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
- Office Management: Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, update, and maintain essential documents.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 6–8 years in administration, with proven experience reporting directly to senior management, particularly the General Manager.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; strong proficiency in document management, reporting, and ISO standards.
- Tendering Expertise: Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data and preparing reports.
