About Us

Are you a seasoned administrative professional with a knack for organization and efficiency? Our established lighting manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator. If you have 6–8 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to handle diverse administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare, compile, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, ensuring accuracy, detail, and timely delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft detailed reports and professional presentations for senior management.
  • Tendering Coordination: Assist in tender preparation and submission processes, liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, update, and maintain essential documents.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6–8 years in administration, with proven experience reporting directly to senior management, particularly the General Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; strong proficiency in document management, reporting, and ISO standards.
  • Tendering Expertise: Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data and preparing reports.
