Job Title – Senior Admission Counsellor (Only Female Candidate)

We are launching Pearson BTEC qualifications, offering globally recognized UK pathways from Level 3 to Level 7. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and student-focused Senior Admission Counsellor to lead student guidance, admissions operations, and counselling teams.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding academic pathways, career progression, and international qualification options. The role requires strong communication, advisory, and conversion skills with a professional understanding of O/A Level and higher education pathways.

As a senior team member, the candidate will also supervise and guide Social Media Lead Handlers and Admissions Associates, contribute towards developing admissions processes, and support growth strategies.

Requirements:

Location: Lahore

Salary: PKR 80,000/- monthly +Benefits as per organization policy

Education: Preferred Educational Background: O/A Levels + Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in counselling/advising

· Exposure with O/A Level and international pathway students (HND, BTEC)

· Knowledge of Level 3 to Level 7 qualifications

· Excellent English communication and presentation skills

· Strong leadership, counselling, and interpersonal abilities

· Understanding of international education systems

· Ability to manage student counselling and lead conversions independently

· Experience in supervising admissions/support teams preferred

· Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students and parents regarding Pearson BTEC and international education pathways

· Guide students from Level 3 to Level 7 qualification options

· Handle admissions inquiries professionally through meetings, calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads

· Assist students in selecting suitable academic and career pathways

· Conduct counselling sessions, orientation meetings, and follow-ups

· Lead and supervise Social Media Lead Handlers and Admission Associates

· Monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion quality of junior team members

· Train and mentor admissions support staff to maintain professional communication standards

· Build strong relationships with schools, students, and parents

· Support student conversion and enrollment targets

· Maintain proper admission records and reporting

· Coordinate with academic, marketing, and management teams

· Contribute towards developing admissions systems and operational processes
