Senior Admission Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking proactive and experienced Senior Admission Officers to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the admission process for study abroad programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and helping the organization achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:
• Assist students in selecting appropriate programs and universities abroad.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on admission requirements, application processes, and timelines.
• Admissions Support:
• Help students prepare high-quality applications, personal statements, and supporting documents.
• Ensure applications are submitted to partner universities in a timely manner.
• Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure all student records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
• Provide clear and detailed information regarding visa processes and required documentation.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed admission and enrollment targets as defined by management.
• Contribute actively to the overall performance and success of the branch.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Deliver outstanding service to students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Address and resolve queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Education).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions or a related role in education consultancy.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
