Requirement :

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Strong work history

Job role :

• Inbound Customer support on voice and chat
• responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chatIdentifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
