Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex legal matters from inception to conclusion
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Draft, review, and finalize complex legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and opinions
• Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients
• Lead client interactions and maintain long-term client relationships
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior advocates and associates
• Coordinate with senior counsels and external stakeholders, as required
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, procedures, and ethical standards

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled Advocate with valid Bar Council registration
• 10–15 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Strong litigation and/or advisory background
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to handle high-value and complex matters independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
• Proficient in legal research tools and digital documentation
• Must possess own laptop
