TGT Nexus is scaling its performance and affiliate division — and we’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead partnerships, optimize ROI-driven campaigns, and grow our affiliate ecosystem across PE Nutre, Call Campaigns, Coupons, Media Buyers, and Performance Networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies across PE Nutre, Call Campaigns, Coupon Sites, Influencers, and Media Buyers
- Onboard, manage, and scale coupon affiliates, cashback partners, voucher platforms & deal sites
- Run and optimize CPA, CPL, CPS, Hybrid, Nutra, and Call-based affiliate campaigns
- Improve funnel metrics: EPC, talk-time %, CR, AOV, profitability & overall ROI
- Manage partner communication, payout negotiations, and performance expectations
- Work with Tech, Design, Content, Compliance & Sales Ops to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve partner issues
- Build weekly/monthly KPI dashboards (CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions, call metrics, etc.)
- Stay updated on affiliate industry trends, Nutra rules, coupon partnerships, and new traffic sources
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience in Coupons, Nutra/PE Nutre, or Call Campaign flows
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, etc.)
- Understanding of coupon traffic behaviour, incentive models, and offer placement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to scale profitable campaigns
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and partner management abilities
- Experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus
