WHO WE ARE
We’re looking for a Senior AI Creative Production Designer - Contractor to help shape the next generation of creative production using AI. This role sits at the intersection of design craft, production systems, and emerging creative technology.
You’ll help translate art direction into high-quality imagery and motion assets using AI assisted workflows while ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards of brand accuracy and visual quality.
The role is less about operating tools and more about creative judgment at scale. You’ll help define how brand guidelines translate into generative workflows, contribute to prompt and reference systems that guide AI outputs, and act as the human quality layer that ensures every image leaving the pipeline looks intentional, believable, and on brand.
You’ll work closely with our innovation and engineering teams to help build new production pipelines that allow creative teams to generate large volumes of product imagery without sacrificing craft.
This is a great role for someone who loves design precision, new technology, and helping shape the future of creative production.
THE JOB
The Senior AI Creative Production Designer - Contractor helps translate art direction into scalable production workflows powered by AI-assisted creative tools. This role focuses on ensuring that generated imagery and motion assets meet the highest standards of visual quality, brand consistency, and production readiness.
This role contributes to the development of creative systems, prompts, and reference frameworks that guide generative outputs while serving as the final quality layer before assets are delivered to clients and commerce platforms.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Produce high-quality product imagery and motion assets using AI-assisted workflows, ensuring outputs align with art direction and brand standards.
Translate brand guidelines into visual reference systems that guide AI generated outputs across lighting, styling, materials, composition, and tone.
Serve as the final quality layer for generated assets by reviewing imagery for realism, product accuracy, and brand fidelity before delivery to clients.
Collaborate with creative and innovation teams to develop prompts, references, and style guidelines that help AI systems produce consistent outputs.
Work with innovation and engineering teams to improve how AI integrates into creative production workflows.
Help define repeatable processes that allow large volumes of assets to be produced efficiently while maintaining design quality.
Partner with designers, technologists, and production teams to help evolve how creative work gets made.
AS A PERSON, YOU ARE:
Exceptional attention to lighting, composition, materials, product detail, and visual realism.
Experience producing high-volume digital assets for e-commerce, product marketing, or digital campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and image editing tools to refine, correct, and finalize imagery as needed.
Experience with tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion, or other generative platforms is a plus, but curiosity and experimentation matter more than specific tool expertise.
Interest in how design processes scale through automation, creative systems, and emerging technologies.
Ability to identify subtle issues in generated imagery including anatomy, lighting, perspective, product placement, and material realism.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital production design, e-commerce creative, or product imagery workflows
Experience producing high-volume digital asset libraries
Experience with AI-assisted creative tools is a strong plus
Background in product, fashion, or consumer goods imagery is highly valuable
