Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that solve real-world problems at scale. You will be instrumental in shaping the AI strategy, contributing to both research and production-level implementation of machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models using deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
• Lead AI projects from research and prototyping through to production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI strategies and integrate solutions into existing systems.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and apply innovative techniques to solve business challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
