Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for a variety of use cases (NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end solution development: data collection, preprocessing, model design, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, DevOps) to integrate models into production systems.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Review code, provide mentorship, and promote best practices within the AI/ML team.
• Monitor model performance, retraining as needed, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior engineers.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or streaming systems (Kafka).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
