Senior AI/ML Developer
Senior AI/ML Developer
Seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer to build and scale end to end machine learning and Generative AI solutions for high impact financial use cases. This role combines strong hands on engineering with opportunities to lead architecture, mentor teams, and help shape AI strategy across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy full ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG, vector search, fine tuning, and prompt optimization.
- Build scalable Python-based services/APIs using TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI/Flask, and cloud technologies.
- Implement MLOps practices with MLflow/Kubeflow/SageMaker/Azure ML, CI/CD, and automated orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Autosys).
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with model governance (SR 11 7), explainability, and financial regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions; provide mentorship and perform code/design reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on with ML technologies.
- Expert Python and strong experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn)
- Hands on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and GenAI toolkits
- Strong SQL/data engineering experience; proficiency with Spark/Databricks.
- Cloud engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building production ML services and implementing monitoring for drift, performance, and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence architecture and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Financial domain expertise (risk, fraud, forecasting, customer intelligence).
- Advanced ML topics: time series, graph ML, optimization, causal inference.
- ONNX/TensorRT model optimization and real time inference experience.
- Automation Background:
o RPA tools: Automation Anywhere,
o Xceptor
o Test automation: Selenium
- Java or Angular knowledge for integrations with enterprise systems.
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Grafana)
Salary Range- $95,000-$110,000 a year
