Senior AI/ML Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and its web frameworks, with a deep understanding of AI Agentic architectures, including LangGraph and AutoGen. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions, along with a solid background in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You'll be instrumental in developing innovative AI agents, integrating them into our products, and ensuring their performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of AI-driven applications and services using Python and various web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• AI Agentic Systems: Build, test, and deploy complex AI agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and AutoGen.
• Model Integration: Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI models to create intelligent, autonomous agents that solve specific business problems.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage AI applications and services on major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), leveraging services for computation, storage, and machine learning.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and agentic systems for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other developers, to bring AI solutions from concept to production.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in code quality and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, including experience with at least one major web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• AI Agent Frameworks: Proven experience with AI Agentic frameworks, specifically LangGraph and AutoGen.
• Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with services like Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI is a plus.
• Data & APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data structures, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for building robust and innovative AI solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
