Senior AI/ML Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at The Value Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with proven experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI models that solve complex, real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and predictive systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, from data collection to preprocessing and model deployment.
• Apply statistical analysis, optimization, and machine learning algorithms to large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune model performance for scalability and accuracy.
• Research and implement cutting-edge ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Develop tools and processes for automated model training, evaluation, and deployment (MLOps).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong command of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Proven experience with data preprocessing, model optimization, and feature engineering.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with API integration and model serving using Flask/FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, statistics, and mathematical modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
