Senior Amazon FBA & E-Commerce Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Amazon FBA & E-Commerce Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations, product research, account management, PPC advertising, ranking strategies, and overall e-commerce growth systems.

This is a senior-level position for someone who understands how to build, scale, and manage profitable Amazon brands professionally.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage complete Amazon Seller Central operations

* Product hunting and profitable product research

* Keyword research and competitor analysis

* Product sourcing coordination and shipment planning

* Listing creation and optimization (SEO-focused)

* Launch and ranking strategies for Amazon products

* Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize ROAS

* Handle inventory management and forecasting

* Monitor account health and resolve policy issues

* Analyze sales reports, profit margins, and performance metrics

* Create strategies to increase organic rankings and conversions

* Coordinate with graphic designers for listing images and A+ content

* Manage promotions, coupons, and seasonal campaigns

* Stay updated with Amazon algorithm and policy changes

* Train junior team members and oversee VA operations

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3–5 years of proven Amazon FBA experience

* Strong knowledge of private label business models

* Experience with Amazon USA marketplace preferred

* Advanced understanding of Amazon PPC and analytics

* Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and reporting abilities

* Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously

* Understanding of branding, conversion optimization, and customer psychology

* Knowledge of Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other marketplaces is a plus
