Senior Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Hotels to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, financial analysis, and supporting the ongoing and new asset management projects. This role requires hospitality experience, analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret primary and secondary market research on the hospitality sector.
• Analyze complex data sets and develop realistic conclusions and recommendations.
• Set and upgrade existing data models for enhanced productivity
• Prepare reports and strategic presentations for hotel reviews, feasibility, and operator selection projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models for investment analysis and project monitoring.
• Conduct site visits and benchmarking to assess market dynamics and property performance.
• Support asset management activities through performance tracking and budget analysis.
• Contribute to research papers and thought leadership publications to promote the Colliers brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and maintain updated business intelligence data.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Economics, Finance).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in conducting both field and desk-based research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Arabic speaking is a plus
