Job Description:
This role requires a candidate who is an Independent contributor and can confidently handle daily conversations with multiple stakeholders like Product Managers, Group Managers, co-ordinate with various engineering teams in debugging the feature related events. A story teller who can stitch the data trends with business and provide insightful conclusions suggesting plausible action items to uplift the key performance metrics. End to end ownership of Analytics from the initial step of aligning on the KPIs with Product Managers for A/B tests or JDIs, sainty check on beta releases, from monitoring production launches to summarizing the test result after the test is concluded. Owning business deck reportings, tracking abnormal trends, providing data or insights for adhoc requests.

Ideal candidate should have experience in web-analytics, product analytics, worked around Adobe Analytics in creating custom segments, Advanced SQL, a good understanding of feature rollout process, A/B testing, pre/post analysis, creating data-pipelines and automation, building dashboards in Power BI.
Need of crisp and clear communication, ad-hoc problem solving skills, Root cause analysis, debugging.
