MIbD Client Service Support – Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager
Monitor Institute by Deloitte (MIbD), a consulting team within Deloitte’s Growth & Purpose organization, works with social impact-focused businesses, philanthropies, and nonprofits. We partner with innovative leaders to surface and pioneer breakthrough approaches for addressing societal challenges.
Monitor Institute by Deloitte Client Service Support professionals will support client facing teams as they execute on their scope of work with social-impact focused businesses, philanthropies and nonprofits. These professionals will be client billable and expected to support client teams in discrete analyses and project components, including the following activities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis and build visualizations and presentations.
- As required for client work, assess grantees/scholarship candidates for fit according to specified priorities/rubrics
- Execute work streams on time and according to specifications, as jointly prioritized with project team.
- Confirm understanding of asks / assignments with senior-team members; solicit additional direction and guidance if needed; maintain positive attitude when presented with a barrier.
- Propose and draft materials (e.g., frameworks, hypotheses, storyboards, analyses, and client meeting agendas) that will advance project work and meet client needs.
- Own development of high-quality deliverables (grammatically correct, well-formatted, visually appealing), ranging from interview synthesis to secondary research findings to data analysis (e.g., operational and financial models) and beyond.
- Strike the right balance between deliverable quality and execution speed.
- Identify short-term (daily/weekly) priorities to support work plan and flag possible issues / suggest solutions.
- Bring a consultative mindset and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures.

We work with clients on issues such as education and workforce development, health, and economic development, among others.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven expertise and experience conducting primary and secondary research and generating actionable insights from research findings (4-8 years); expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing data, with the capability to synthesize information and draw logical conclusions, coupled with strong reporting skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use PPT and other Microsoft tools to create visually compelling communications, frameworks, charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively share insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience in quality review.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; demonstrate initiative; and remain comfortable with ambiguity, as well as resilient in responding to changing organizational needs.
- Subject matter knowledge related to social impact-focused businesses, philanthropies, and nonprofits to contextualize data analysis and provide relevant insights, as well as a personal interest in education and workforce development, financial inclusion, and health equity.
- Rich experience in working with global and virtual teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and advanced expertise in Excel analysis, including slicers, lookups, PivotTables, and macro creation.

Work Timing: 11AM – 8PM, or, 2PM – 11PM
