Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Contract Management

Support bid and pre-award activities by reviewing contractual terms, identifying risks, and supporting governance approvals.

Provide post-award contract administration and risk mitigation support during transition and operational phases.

Track commercial opportunities, submissions, and contract compliance.
Procurement & Category Management
-
Execute procurement category strategies to drive cost efficiency, innovation, and risk management.

Support supplier sourcing, due diligence, onboarding, negotiations, and performance management.

Monitor spend, compliance, and supplier performance metrics.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with business partners and senior stakeholders to align commercial and procurement strategies with business objectives.

Provide commercial insights, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
-
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
-
Prepare reports on procurement performance, risks, and pipeline activities.
-
Drive continuous improvement in commercial and procurement processes.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate or professional procurement/commercial qualification preferred).

Minimum
5 years’ experience
in commercial, procurement, or finance roles.

Experience in an
international corporate environment
; Middle East exposure preferred.

Strong understanding of
contracts, risk management, and procurement governance
.

Experience with
ERP, contract management, and procurement systems
.
