Senior Analyst - Corporate & Performance Reporting

As a Senior Analyst for Corporate and Performance Reporting at ZMI, you will play a key role in performance analysis, corporate reporting, and strategic execution support. This role is instrumental in enabling effective decision-making at the executive and board levels by delivering insightful reports, business cases, and strategy implementation support.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance presentations for senior leadership, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
• Support in developing comprehensive business cases and provide internal analysis to support key growth initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate across departments to define, refine, and implement the short- and long-term business strategies.
• Support the identification and finalization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives for the Corporate Performance Scorecards, ensuring alignment with business plans and strategies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end performance reporting cycle, ensuring timely collection, analysis, and consolidation of performance data from all business segments and support functions.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA are considered an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate reporting and performance management, preferably within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and strategic performance measurement.
• Experience in data analytics and translating data into actionable insights is an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
