About the position

Global Finance FP&A is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join this best-in-class team of professionals. In this role, you will support regional overheads cost control. You will be responsible for all reporting and analytics of actuals (month-end), annual planning and forecasting; help coordinate with respective regional finance partners/budget owners to ensure that timely forecast/plans are submitted and aligned with stakeholders.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
To reap success in this role you will be
Managing regional overheads reporting and cost control
– You'll coordinate with finance partners and budget owners to ensure timely and accurate forecasts, plans, and month-end reporting.
Collaborating with global finance teams
– You'll work closely with teams across Europe, AMEA, NA, Latam, and Shared Services to consolidate inputs and validate financial outputs.
Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary
– You'll draft first-level storylines for board packs and functional reports, helping stakeholders understand performance trends and cost drivers.
Driving system and process excellence
– You'll load corporate plans into BPC, standardize FP&A practices, and leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and BW to improve reporting efficiency.
Supporting strategic decision-making
– You'll identify savings opportunities, measure performance improvements via KPIs, and offer ad hoc analysis to guide business decisions.
