Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize enterprise Human Capital solutions across the enterprise. This role will support the end-to-end delivery of HR systems - from configuration and integrations to payroll integrity, analytics, and system enhancements - ensuring the HC platforms operate efficiently, securely, and in line with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Enhancements

  • Oversee daily operation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS platforms (SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, and related integrations).

  • Manage user roles, security settings, and periodic audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system health.

  • Design, document, and deploy system improvements, patches, and configuration changes to enhance performance and user experience.

  • Lead functional testing, upgrades, and new module rollouts, including planning, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Maintain synchronization and data flow between HR, Payroll, and related systems to ensure consistency and reliability.

  • Validate and audit HR and compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and data libraries to support management insights and operational needs.

Digital HR Solutions

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities across HR modules (Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning Solution, Succession, and Time & Attendance).

  • Develop functional requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and oversee user acceptance testing for new HR system initiatives.

  • Support the development of e-forms, employee self-service tools, and user experience enhancements across digital HR touchpoints.

Payroll & Time Management

  • Act as the key liaison for payroll system operations - ensuring data accuracy, timely payroll processing, and alignment with policy and compliance requirements.

  • Perform system simulations and configuration updates related to payroll, benefits, and employee master data.

  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline payroll accounting and reporting.

Training & Documentation

  • Develop and deliver user guides, system documentation, and end-user training for new features or modules.

  • Maintain a repository of system blueprints, configuration records, and process documentation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure HR systems adhere to organizational standards, security protocols, and audit requirements (e.g., SOX compliance).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in policies, procedures, and system governance.





Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience, with at least 4 years in an analyst or consultant capacity.

  • Proven hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA; prior experience in large enterprise organizations is advantageous.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR functional areas (payroll, compensation, benefits, performance, learning).

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR reporting.

  • Familiarity with data integration tools (CPI, APIs), audit practices, and role-based permissions.

Preferred Certifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA certification.
