Role: Senior Analyst – PMO
Experience Level: 3–6 Years

Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform resource planning and allocation based on project needs and employee capabilities.
- Manage the internal talent pool and bench, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Handle internal resource demand-supply management effectively.
- Assign personnel to projects by evaluating their skills, past experience, availability, and project-specific requirements.
- Create and deliver regular reports on:
- Bench status
- Utilization metrics
- Allocation details
- Roll-off projections
- Drive and improve resource management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resource management operations.
- Plan and execute processes related to:
- Demand forecasting
- Campus recruitment and deployment
- Employee engagement
- Partner with business leaders to enable efficient and strategic resource allocation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with employees and senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong skills in Excel (preferably Google Sheets) for data tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of resourcing and recruitment workflows.
- Proven leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen and ability to draw insights from data.
- Capable of relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
- Team player with a focus on learning, innovation, and delivering solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and networking skills.
