Role Purpose
The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating, structuring, and executing investment transactions across various geographies and asset classes within the GCC region. This position requires strong financial modeling, due diligence, transaction sourcing, and stakeholder coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive financial, legal, and operational due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, asset performance, and macroeconomic indicators specific to the GCC region.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Assess capital structure, debt sizing, and return metrics across various investment strategies.
  • Evaluate exit scenarios including sale, refinance, or recapitalization.
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing investment opportunities.
  • Support the structuring of transactions, including REITs/Funds, joint ventures, and co-investments.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) and external advisors (law firms, consultants, brokers).
  • Draft and manage NDAs, term sheets, and engagement letters.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on SPA, JV agreements, and other transaction documents.
  • Monitor asset performance and assist in portfolio management activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for senior management and investors.
  • Maintain investment pipeline and deal tracking systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in real estate investment within the GCC region.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, legal processes, and investment structures in the GCC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • CFA qualification preferred or currently pursuing the CFA designation.
