Position Overview
A senior-level staff professional who possesses detailed and advanced knowledge within the assigned domain area. This position performs task-level analytical functions with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines. The Sr. Analyst also provides mentoring of less-experienced analysts. Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analytical tasks in support of program and task order requirements.
- Apply detailed domain knowledge to analyze data, processes, systems, or operational requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and guidance.
- Identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior staff as appropriate.
- Support development of reports, analyses, briefings, and task-level deliverables.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, as assigned.
- Assist senior staff in coordinating task-level activities and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support mission objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.

- Detailed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and practices within the applicable domain.
- Ability to work independently at the task level with minimal direction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide less-experienced personnel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment.
- Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 14+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- PhD with 7+ years of relevant experience
