Senior Android Developer

• Responsible for designing and developing solutions that result in an outstanding user experience within a highly collaborative agile software development environment.
• Collaborate internally across teams, externally with third parties, and with senior leadership.
• Handle highly complex system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Leverage expertise to solve critical and highly complex defects and technical issues.
• Visualize, articulate, and conceptualize solutions that are recognized as industry-leading.
• Provide thought leadership to drive innovation across the organization.
• Coordinate and drive technical strategies and initiatives across teams.
• Continuously find and deliver new ways to develop and improve processes and technologies.
• Be an active member of a strong technical team, working closely with colleagues to ensure proper delivery of system features.
• Proactively share knowledge and best practices across the team.
• Ensure that best coding standards and implementation practices are consistently applied.
• Guarantee the security and performance of the developed mobile applications.
• Ensure the use of Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and delivering mobile applications for Android.
• Proficient in native Android development environments (Java and Kotlin).
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose for UI development.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Fastlane).
• Strong experience with custom UI design and development.
• Committed to delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Experience in developing streaming applications is a plus.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
